Scott is fair, honest and friendly. Professional, kept his word on his side of our initial aggreement. I am assured, car is reliable once it came with new cambelt, water pump, oil, filters and fresh MOT, clean all around. All receipts given. Not to mention RAC warranty and breakdown cover. I messaged him over the weekend the day after I collected my car and he called me back straight away. Also a little bit jealous as now my girlfriend wants to buy a car from him. :)

Used scott to purchase my vehicle, he is friendly and approchable but also professional. An issue with car came to light after purchasing. these things happen with second hand vehicles after all. Scott helped get the desired result with the warranty company and the car is back to its best. Good service all round!

Don't usually leave reviews for this sort of thing but I would just like to thank Scott for everything. Coming down all the way from Cumbria to Staffordshire by train we wanted everything to go smoothly. The Audi S4 we were there to see was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we arrived later than expected, Scott made time for us and had all the paperwork ready so we could get on our way. Really pleased with the car and the service at FME.

Hallo, I have both bought and sold a car- separate transactions- through FME. The purchase was just over a year ago and apart from regular servicing and two electrical relays I have not had any issues with the car. I have covered 33,000 miles in that period, and I have enjoyed every minute of the experience. I knew I was buying a car with a fairly high mileage but I cannot say good enough things about my experience of buying. As for selling my car, a recent sale, I have found Scott- the owner- to be straightforward, pleasant and honest. The valuation was clear and concise, checked against similar cars, and his approach was as straightforward as when I bought my car. Thoroughly recommend this smallish, personal dealer.

Seller is genuine and I would come back to buy again. I would like to say huge thank you for the car , I love everything about it , it’s in best condition it can be for its age and I can tell it’s been looked after. It’s not easy to meet my standards, specially when I work with new cars and see part exchanges everyday. This car is definitely best decision I’ve made. Thank you thank you thank you !
